I didn't build Priority One Performance to sell quick fixes. I built it because everyday people deserve the same structure, coaching and accountability that elite athletes get, not a generic plan pulled off a shelf and handed to everyone who walks through the door.
Every program I write starts with where someone actually is: their schedule, their training history, their goals, their starting point, never a template. I check in with my clients regularly because a plan only works if someone's actually following it, and that only happens with real accountability, not a hustle culture ultimatum or a countdown clock designed to scare people into signing up.
I coach both face to face and online across Greater Sydney because consistent coaching shouldn't depend on how close someone lives to a gym. Whether a client trains with me in person or through online check-ins, they get the same individualised programming, the same weekly accountability and the same community behind them. That's the standard I hold every client to, and it's the same standard I hold myself to.
